Wild Women of Amelia is a brand new full length play premiering in Amelia Island for International Women's Day, March, 2027.
Wild Women gives voice to the historic women who helped bring Fernandina to life.
We are honoring and celebrating today’s Wild Women of Amelia- local female leaders – women whose time, talent, energy and effort make this island a dynamic place to live.
Our goal is to build community through collaboration. Our mantra is “Wild Women Stir the Pot.”
A Wild Woman who “stirs the pot” builds something bigger than herself, refuses to accept the status quo, and envisions a future that is inclusive and forward-thinking
Some women lead in politics, forge new paths, inspire others, create culture, build homes, raise families, or serve their communities
